isRunning(dbusName: string, bus: "session" | "system"): boolean
Checks whether a DBus name is currently owned on the given bus.
Parameters
- dbusName: string
  The DBus bus name to check
- bus: "session" | "system"
  The bus type: 'session' or 'system'
Returns boolean
true if the name has an owner
- Defined in src/utils/init.ts:15
