Struct ListBuilder

Stores an under-construction list @ingroup value_create

Each builder can only be used once. After calling nix_make_list(), the builder becomes invalid and must not be used again. Call nix_list_builder_free() to release it.

Typical usage pattern:

1. Create with nix_make_list_builder()
2. Insert elements with nix_list_builder_insert()
3. Create final list with nix_make_list()
4. Free builder with nix_list_builder_free()
